Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble when using our video service, here are a few things to try.

Email "[your email address]" has already been taken.

If you're trying to register for an account and you see this message, it is likely that you have been pre-registered following your course. If this happens, try checking for an email from Reflexmaster or Vimsy asking you to "Activate" your account. (It might be in your spam or junk folder.)

If you don't see this, please return to our channel and select "Log In" at the top. Click the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be able to reset your password and get into your account. If you still have issues after this, please get in touch!


Having difficulty playing videos?

Some devices and networks may have difficulties playing back videos at full quality. To change the quality, click the cog icon on the video player and choose "quality" from the menu. Then select a lower quality. This should solve your problem. If it doesn't, let us know.


Can't see discounted purchase options?

If you've been on an in-person course with us you should be able to access a discounted video collection. This is only available to people who've been on our course and you might have been pre-registered for our video channel with the email address you gave us when booking your place.
